Verbum, Chapter III |

Fundamental
Questions: What can I believe and why? How much should I
let a text challenge me and why? What would it mean to take a text seriously? Would I – could I
– ever allow a text to challenge me existentially
– that is, allow it to challenge me at the very base of my being, by
letting it ask me the fundamental question: Who are you?
